CLUBS AND ORGANIZED GROUP ACTIVITIES
Join one of our resident-led groups and be a part of our vibrant community.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga meets weekly and is lead by Karen Solovie, a certified Lakshmi Voelker chair yoga instructor who completed yoga teacher training at The Sivananda Yoga Organization. This is an adaptive Yoga practice for strength, stamina and flexibility. Light meditation is included. No experience required.

Book Club
Lead by Bobbie Jordan, the Book Club meets every second Tuesday at the Clubhouse at 12:00 pm. A new book is selected each month to read.

Photography Club
Lead by Michael Everett Paquin, a retired photographer and web designer, the Photo group explores both the technical and artistic aspects of photography. The group primarily uses phone cameras and welcomes residents of any skill level. The group usually meets every other Wednesday evening, but meeting dates are flexible to accommodate people's schedules.

Pickleball
An informal game of pickleball takes place on Friday at 3:00 during the Spring and thru early Fall on the pickleball court. Anyone is welcome to join the game.

Mah Jong
The Mah Jong group is a new group which has been meeting regularly at the Clubhouse. Players with any level of experience are welcome to attend. Residents with Mah Jong experience teach new players to play. The group has been meeting once a week on Wednesdays.

Beautification Committee
The Beautification Committee was created to allow members of the community to bring forward ideas which will enhance the look of the common area properties. Volunteers engage in light landscaping (raking, planting, painting, etc.) and other light tasks to enhance areas of the property which the Committee determines need improvement and meet regularly to discuss future projects.

Poetry Group
The poetry group is for anyone with a love of verse. You can enjoy the sonnets of Shakespeare, 17 syllable Haiku or the open verse of the Beat Poets, or you can share your own poetry or the poetry of others you admire. Or you can just come to listen. The group tries to meet on the First Tuesday of the month, but dates are flexible.
