HALCYON AMENITIES


PICKLEBALL/TENNIS COURTS

An enclosed pickleball court and tennis court is located on the property for use by all of the residents.

GAMES AREA

A small games area is located near the pond, and includes cornhole, ring toss, giant jenga and other outdoor games.

HORSE POND

Horse Pond Beach at Horse Pond is accessible exclusively to the residents of Halcyon and their guests. It allows access to Horse Pond, a kettle pond, for swimming, kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding or sitting and enjoying the calm and serenity of the beautiful view. The beach is maintained by the Association and the pond water is tested for safety on a regular basis by the Association through the Barnstable County water testing program.

Horse Pond West Yarmouth

POOL

An outdoor swimming pool is maintained by the Association and is available to all residents and guests of Halcyon. It is open from Memorial Day to late September.

CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse is available at all times to residents of Halcyon. A library is maintained in the Clubhouse and clubs and activities take place in the function area of the Clubhouse. A deck with a grill and seating extends from the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse can be rented to unit owners for special events.

COMMUNITY GARDENS


Twelve raised bed garden plots are available for residents who wish to cultivate a small garden.

BOAT LAUNCH AND STORAGE AREA


Halcyon maintains a storage area for canoes, kayaks and other small craft owned by residents of Halcyon (motorized boats are not allowed on the Pond). They can be launched from this area directly into Horse Pond.
